I am back. 8-)

For all those who pmed me with notes of encouragement, thank you so much. I was going to quit on the 23rd, but I read the ladies story on the board with the lung cancer, and it touched me profoundly. My sisterinlaw is going for her 3rd round of chemo beginning today,quit smoking, so I moved my quit up to today, in honour of her. She's a wonderful girl, and she's so sick 8-(. &(&$%^& cigarettes!6 hours in, and still here. Starting to have trouble concentrating. But I am a little excited,smoking cessation, and happy too, because this is the right choice for me. That one puff cost me my quit, and I hope I learned from that. I also feel lucky to have made it back in here. kalamityjn
