Munchies and cravings and chubby...oh, my!

These are some of the things I use to help off-set the cravings but NOT to add a lot of calories to my day:Cinnamon sticks - like a little pacifier with a breath freshenerJolly Roger HOT Cinnamon CandiesBaby CarrotsSugar Free GumGrapefruit JuiceLife Savors - sugar freeI don't think we really want the food, at least I don't. I recognized that I wasn't hungry...just wanted to put something in my mouth (that's a loaded sentence ).I have not smoked for 3 Weeks,smoking cessation, 5 Days, 20 hours, 1 minute and 56 seconds (26 days). I have not wasted $191.18 by not smoking 805 cigarettes. I will be able to love my family 2 Days,stop smoking now, 19 hours and 5 minutes longer. Last cigarette smoked was on my birthday: 1/11/2007 4:00 PM
