Just so you know, if you are a new quitter....
I can promise you, there will come a time, when your "smoking triggers" cease to exist! That is the freedom from smoking that I find makes me the most grateful for my quit....I can talk on the phone without smoking, eat a good meal, and not even think about lighting up afterward...I can get angry about something, and NOT feel like I have to smoke a cig to calm me down. I have gotten through family parties, weddings and funerals without even a THOUGHT about smoking a cig....this is what I call freedom. So if you are new here, please know that there IS hope in quitting...it takes a while to get to the point where you are really comfortable as an ex-smoker, but just stick with it, do the work, heed the advice of others who have been where you are now, and you will live a longer, happier,stop smoking, healthier life! Take it one day at a time, not one puff, and you WILL succeed. Free and healing 1 yr, 7 months,quit smoking now, 1 week, 1 day.
