NoSmo Blessings and some words I wanted to share with all of

well today has a feeling of more normalcy to it, as if I have been holding my breath and can finally exhale, its a great feeling and so I was reminded of back in the so long ago when I first came to the QSB and how DESPERATE I was to beat my addiction how the folks here just took me in, welcomed me, and so wanted to see me suceed ,quit smoking, and I had so many hrs here,Herbal cigarettes, so many days when it was minute to minute,, never feeling steady on my nosmo legs feeling wobbly all the time, but ALWAYS always knowing I could walk in sit down and offer my fear, my observations my perceptions to all who came here to rest , nurture or be nurtured.Its been one heck of a journey and nope, its not over as long as I live and breath I will try to share the wonder, magic possibilities that accompany this side of quitting and I will always take what I have learned and hold it up close and in front for to do less is to make the miracle seem as if it were just another momentary bit of good luck and I beleive with all my heart , my FREEDOM is nothing less than a miracle, finding this bb was a part of that miracle and than having so many support persons, many who have gone on to be as good a friends as any I am blessed to have and one in particular who was my mentor, and showed me the characteristics of courage and grace, not just in living, quitting but also the journey of transition( dying) and that as many many of you know was Donna/aka dz./aka grams .We were blessed to have her as part of this community with her simple but unfailing message of Not One Puff, she would have climbed on the roof tops to proclaim it if she could have and on the rooftops here she surely did.. She also was a huge fan of Fred's and early on told me how to contact him. when the natinesss would begin.. so Fred I am taking a moment to say thank you to you for staying the course, and even though change may be uncomfortable for some( moi) I want you too know that your yrs of work jhere and the multitudes of laughter and quits moments of love and charity are met with genuine gratefullness to you by meAND I hope each of you new or old, or infinite( yep some of us are getting to that infinite place ) LMAO but where ever yoyu are in this quit business, use the BB talk, ask for help, reach out to others in your time of need and be amazed at how some of your best advice will be your own,, recognize the power thatis you/yours tap into the strength and make your own dream come true It is a bigger more grand dream when it is fulfilled than ever you will imagine and it is vibrant in the joy it will allow the rest of your life to shimmer in I promiseNow repeat after me,, No Matter Waht.... Not One Puff.
