Well... I'm gonna log out for the nite, I've lost my cable 5 times in the last 10 minutes... we are having major bad weather in Oregon...Anyways, just wanted to say: if anyone is out there that is wanting a cig, be brave, look the crave in the eye and say "you don't scare me!" and do something else instead,quit smoking, such as reading posts here, whyquit.com, all kinds of things... remember,stop smoking, the crave will pass... eventually we will be lucky and won't deal with so many craves, and that will be totally awesome!
