Having an SOS Moment

So I'm having a massive craving right now. I'm currently trying to set up two of my single friends and have no idea how it will turn out and am just expecting a trainwreck,smoking cessation, but thought I'd give it a try anyway.So right now I'm a ball of nerves waiting to see how this plays out. And it might not even go any further than the IM conversation I helped start between the two of them. The only thing I want to do right now is peel off this patch and find someone with a smoke! I'm trying some deep breathing,quit smoking now, but seem to be hyperventilating instead. I think I'm going to step away from my desk for a moment and go for a quick walk around my building.
