defeated another demon

As i informed you earlier 7 days smoke freeThe biggest test for me was alchol=smoking My best friend works away. I live in the north east of England and my friend works in the south of England. He visits back up the north east every 2 to 4 weeks. Every visit is an alchol fueled weekend, boys will be boys.Tonight was no different. Quick phone call with an hours notice. Get ready to PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!Yes the demon entered my mind.The alchol did make me think about smoking "but not crave" just old habits die hard.Once again the demon has been defeated.So for me that was the greatest challenge.My partner too has defeated the demond too.Smoke free STILL.Told my freind Nige what a great bunch of people i have met on here.If it were not for the help and support i have had here maybe i may not be here now bragging about my success.THANKS TO YOU ALL...
