Checking in and good news!

Hi all, quit smoking,Hope everyone is doing well. As all of you know my wife and I were expecting our 2nd child on may 10th. But she decided to come 5 weeks earlier. So Madison was born on April 7th. Needless to say She was in the NICU for 8 days. Let me tell you any parent who had to have there child in here knows how stressful it is. Honestly I have been smoke free for just about 2 years and I still wanted to smoke. I dont know why but I did. Needless to say I did not smoke. I guess walking in and out of the hospital everyday passing threw a cloud of smoke made me sick. I yelled at someone standing in front of the door as my wife and I were taking Madison out of the hospital. He gave me a look like who are you to tell me where to go and smoke, but I guess my stare answered his question and he moved rather quickly. I am just happy this child will be growing up in a smoke free healthy home. To all the new quits or people thinking about quitting, quit smoking now, just do it. It is very hard. If it was easy everyone would be smoke free. I promise your life will change for the better. Just one more quick observation I had in the maternity ward. People were up there holding babies, went down to smoke then came back up to hold them again! WTF! If I was those parents there would be no way that was going to happen. Anyway I just wanted to say hi and hope everyone is going strong with there quit.
