Cigarette smoking eats up a lot of time...It used to take me 10 minutes to smoke a cigarette, and I smoked an average of 20 cigarettes a day. That amounted to 200 minutes,Herbal cigarettes, or almost 3 1/2 hours that I devoted just to smoking every single day! When we quit smoking, stop smoking, most of us feel lost for awhile. What do we do with all of that time we spent smoking? We feel edgy and don't know what to do with our hands. Guest author, Leslie Bainbridge shares her tips on how to manage smoke free time: "Find something you love. Make a list of your interests; it can even be things you wanted to do when you were a child. Anything goes, just rediscover what it was that brought you happiness and find ways to implement it into your life. Take the time you have and spend it on yourself."
