Just a fast note to welcome all the "new faces" and say sorry I havent had time to get involved or welcome you appropriately but am thrilled you have found our neighborhood and confident if you do the work, post read educate, listen to those up ahead be dedicated too and mindfull of you WILL achieve what you are now setting out to accomplish. This IS so very DoAble,, I can testify to that,stop smoking,, I smoked for 40 years and have been quit over four and live with the sense of wonder and accomplishment that only an ex junkie of any kind can know,smoking cessation,, And YES make no mistake a nic junkie is exactly what each of us is,, I simply no longer use and I dont consider it an option..
