Whay am I smoking again-

Hi everyone, brand new here and I hope you don't mind me posting.Gave up smoking probably about 8 years ago and, this is the crunch, I was on NRT for almost all of that time. I live on patches and gum, totally addicted to them,stop smoking now, at least 10 pieces of gum while at work and at least 2 patches a day,Herbal cigarettes, costs me a small fortune.For some reason last week I smoked 10 cigarettes on Sunday morning, back to the NRT in the afternoon, this week I have smoked Saturday and today, am I slipping back into it?I would say I'm a nictoine addict in any form
